Air-powered automatic metering valve
This system can be easily designed to best suit the intended use by simply connecting an automatic metering valve that is activated by an air signal and a three-way air valve that sends the air signal.
In addition, the equipment is compact and lightweight, making it easy to incorporate into other equipment.
Please use a three-way air valve with good workability, such as a hand valve or foot-operated valve. It can also be electrically controlled by using a three-way solenoid valve.

An air-powered automatic metering valve is capable of repeatedly dispensing a fixed amount of material. Each set volume can be set by adjusting the adjusting bolt.
A wide variety of series are available to handle all kinds of industrial fluids, with a product lineup accommodating metered values (discharge volume) ranging from 0.05 mL~100 mL for each set volume. Note that these products cannot be used with materials containing particles or materials with strong drying properties.
Special Order System
Yamada Corporation also designs and manufactures various custom-made systems using pump units for high-viscosity materials, metering valves, etc., to suit the user’s requirements.

KGK-400MS series
The specifications of this series are the KGK-400M series added with a proximity sensor (limit switch). The position of the piston in the metering chamber can be detected and a signal can be output externally at any desired position.
