For Yamada Corporation: 90 type (3 x 1) inline pumps (for oil), the DR-90A3 (drum type), which can be directly connected to a 200 L drum container, and the SH-90A3 (siphon type), which is used by fixing it to a container, stand, wall surface, etc. are available.
These are air-powered drum pumps ideal for pumping out and pressure-feeding oil from 200 L drum containers or other containers.
It can also be used for oil portioning, for supplying to hose reels, etc. In addition, it is compact with a small number of parts, and is suitable for use with low viscosity materials.

For applications such as pumping oil out of drum containers and portioning it, or injecting oil in fixed quantities, a combination oil drum pump, hose, and oil control valve is ideal.
The oil drum pump is inserted into the 2B bung (inlet) of the drum container and secured with a bung adaptor, the hose is connected to the oil outlet, and then the control valve for oil is connected to the other end of the hose.
When the pump is connected to compressed air and the control valve lever is pulled, oil is automatically discharged. When the lever is released, the oil discharge stops and so does the pump.
Use a hose reel if a long hose is required, or install piping if pressure-feeding over a long distance. Allows oil to be used like water from the tap, with easy operation of a lever on the gun, allowing just the required amount to be used when needed. If longer piping is required, please install a relief valve.
